Residential Water Meter Upgrades Continues

3/25/2019  (Updated July 24, 2019)

Reynoldsburg Water Customers:

Please be informed that starting March 25, 2019 and continuing until completion in 2021  the City’s Water Department will be out in the community doing upgrades.   The City is adding radio remotes to customer homes that can be easily converted from a touch reader to a radio read.  You, as the customer, don’t have to do anything just be aware that City of Reynoldsburg Water Department employees might be in your yard to install this device. It slides over the touch reader currently located on the house and is mounted over the touch pad. If the device cannot be easily installed we will leave a door hanger on your front door so we can schedule an appointment for this work to be completed. The safety of our customers is a priority, therefore, please feel free to ask workers to show an identification badge if necessary.  Listed below are employee names:

Paul Hellman/Superintendent

Jason Worley/Assistant Superintendent

Chris Conley

Josh Casto

Rob Yingling

Shawn Regan

Kevin Schulze

Jared Strickland

This work will eventually allow the City to monitor our customer’s water reading on a daily basis, which will show leaks quicker in a home. This will eliminate unnecessary high usage to an individual customer due to leaky water pipes and plumbing issues or any other unforeseen water issue.

If you have any questions, please contact the Water Department at 614 322 6811.  Thank you.
