Our vibrant, diverse community of approximately 34,000 people is located at the eastern edge of the Columbus Metropolitan Area in Franklin, Licking and Fairfield counties. Home to Limited Brands – Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works, the Ohio Department of Agriculture and the Ohio Fire Academy, Reynoldsburg has become one of Central Ohio’s most recognized communities.
Our community is ideally situated for travel and business with direct access to I-70, I-270, SR16 (Broad Street), US 40 (Main Street) and SR 256. We’re minutes from Port Columbus and Rickenbacker International Airports, downtown Columbus and The Ohio State University.
We are especially proud of our award-winning $14 million Main Street Revitalization that has brought color, excitement and increased business to this important area of our community. The improvements to this two-mile stretch of SR 40, which runs through the heart of Reynoldsburg, moved all overhead utilities underground, updated and enhanced traffic signals and street lighting, and created uniformity with business signs. New brick accent walls, corner benches, sidewalk pavers and lush landscaping have created an inviting, pedestrian-friendly section of the historic National Road.
Throughout the past decade, Reynoldsburg has experienced significant growth, especially along the SR 256 corridor with numerous nationally known retail establishments choosing to locate at the Taylor Square Shopping area. Commercial development is continuing throughout the City with over 400,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space planned for the Shoppes at East Broad, currently under construction at E. Broad Street and Waggoner Road.
