Administrative Bureau
The Administrative Bureau is responsible for overseeing the detective bureau, community services, clerical staff, property room staff, and the court liaison officers.
Operations Bureau

The Operations Bureau consists of the Patrol Bureau, the S.W.A.T. team, and the Communications Center.

Officers assigned to the Patrol Bureau work one of three shifts. Each year, officers are assigned to one of 4 patrol areas and remain in that area throughout the year. This permits the officer to become familiar with the people and activities in their area. The Patrol Bureau prides itself in providing professional law enforcement services to the City of Reynoldsburg 24 hours per day, 365 days a year. If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact the duty sergeant at 614-866-6622

SWAT
S.W.A.T. is an abbreviation for Special Weapons And Tactics. The Reynoldsburg Division of Police has a group of sergeants and officers that make up our S.W.A.T. Team. These officer have specialized training and equipment and are on call 24 hours per day. They execute high risk search/arrest warrants and respond to high risk calls for service, such as hostage/barricade situations. Appointment to the S.W.A.T. Team is a collateral duty that the officers volunteers to accept. The officers on the S.W.A.T. Team represent the best the Reynoldsburg Division of Police has to offer.
Communication Center
Currently, the Division of Police employs 7 full-time dispatchers to work in the Communication Center 24/7/365. These professionals are tasked with the responsibilities of answering emergency calls for service, providing information to the officers on the street, and monitoring activities around the Public Safety Facility. These individuals are the "life line" for the officers working the streets. Their dedication to the Division of Police and the community is second to none.
