The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation has made a policy change on fingerprint cards. They will no longer process fingerprint cards except in special cases. Most fingerprinting is now handled by a special digital scanner and a computer.

Because of this we will only be able to provide fingerprint service to those individuals who have a card provided to them by BCI and is designed for the normal inked prints.

IF YOU HAVE THE SPECIAL BCI CARD please fill it out in black ink. You must provide valid picture ID such as a driver licenses with your Social Security number printed on it or your Social Security card. Fingerprinting hours are:

Monday through Friday (except Thursday, Saturday and Sunday) from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Cost: BCI only $27.00, FBI only $29.00, for both BCI and FBI $51.00, rolled inked FBI is at a flat rate of $15.00. Payment can be made via check, cash or money orders only.
