Public Notice 5.14.20: Virtual BZBA Meeting
The Thursday, May 21, Board of Zoning and Building Appeals Regular Meeting will be open to the public, but limited to the number of people as designated by the state or federal authorities and limited by space allowing for appropriate social distancing. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:00 pm in Council Chambers, 7232 East Main Street. City staff will be taking temperatures of all individuals wanting to attend the meeting. Anyone with a temperature of 99° or higher will not be admitted into the building. The meeting will be live streamed on the City's Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/CityofReynoldsburg/ To comply with the Governor's Orders, we strongly encourage you to watch via live stream, and refrain from coming to City Hall. Individuals may submit comments or questions in writing via email to Emily Wheeler at EWheeler@ci.reynoldsburg.oh.us to be read aloud into the record. Each person desiring to make a comment must give their name and address in their email. The City appreciates your patience and understanding.

Planning and Zoning
A key component of the Department of Development is the Planning and Zoning Division. This division is responsible for guiding residents and developers through the zoning approval and development approval process.
The staff coordinates efforts between applicants, the Planning Commission, and Board of Zoning and Building Appeals, who meet monthly to review various aspects of projects, make recommendations, and issue certain approvals.
