Mission Statement

It is the mission of the City of Reynoldsburg Human Resources Department to be of service to the departments of the City and the public by attracting, developing and retaining quality employees, promoting and supporting respect for City employees through effective administration of programs, policies and benefit administration, and assuring compliance with applicable employment laws in order to best serve the citizens of Reynoldsburg.

The Human Resources Department serves as a partner to the various division of within the City. We provide support, benefits administration and recruitment. We are dedicated to providing the best possible service to the City’s employees so they in turn can provide their best to you, the citizens of Reynoldsburg. The Human Resources department works closely with the Civil Service Commission to ensure compliance for Civil Service rules.
