The Superhero Adaptive Sports program provides recreational opportunities for youth and young adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. This program was established in April of 2014 as our parks and recreation department strives to be an all-inclusive platform, reaching our entire community. Our participants disabilities range from autism/Asperger’s, ADHD, Downs Syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy. Whether it be through participation, advocacy or coaching, we encourage everyone to get involved!

Spring Superhero Soccer
For children with developmental disabilities
Date/Time: Registration is the months of January and February for Spring 2020
Where: Civic Park, 6800 Daugherty Drive
Fee: $20 Each participant will get a shirt and a medal

Monday – Friday, 8a to 5p.
Typically Superhero Soccer will run practices two nights during the week and have a game on Saturday. Practices will take place after 6:00 pm and games could take place at various times on Saturdays. More detailed information will be communicated after the registration deadline.
Summer Superhero Baseball
Registration takes place in April/May with the program starting in late May. More details will be provided as we get closer to the start date which is typically in late May.
Fall Superhero Flag Football
Registration takes place in August with the program starting in September. More details will be provided as we get closer to the start date.
Winter Superhero Basketball
Registration will take place from 12/23/19 - 1/10/20 with the program starting in February. More details will be provided as we get closer to the start date.
