The two lane roadway north of
Main
Street has been replaced with a three lane roadway, new sanitary sewers, street lighting and a new traffic signal located at the entrance to
Rosehill
Elementary School. New sidewalks and a leisure path have been constructed for improved pedestrian mobility. New storm sewers, curbs and gutters replace open ditch drainage, helping to resolve flooding that has affected residents along the roadways of Rosehill and
Matterhorn over the years.
Rosehill Road south of
Main
Street saw the restoration of the roadway, replacement of curbs, and rehabilitation of the storm sewers.
