Reynoldsburg City Council Mandates Citywide Face Coverings
Reynoldsburg City Council passes legislation to align with Ohio Department of Health State Mandatory Face Covering Order for the City of Reynoldsburg. The State Order and the City Ordinance requires all individuals over the age of 10 to wear a face covering in all indoor places except for residences, and all outdoor spaces where consistent six feet of physical distancing is not possible. There are several exceptions listed in the State Order and the City Ordinance. Face coverings will be required for the entire City, including the portion of the City located in Licking County, until Franklin and Fairfield County are no longer designated as either Level 3 (Red) or Level 4 (Purple). Franklin and Fairfield County are currently at a Level 3 (Red).
The mandate takes effect at 8 a.m. Wednesday, July 15.
